We want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase from Harlow Fox. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, scents, or signs of wear

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

-Sale or discounted items

-Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  2. Log in using the email you used at checkout.

  3. Once you're in, select the order you’d like to return.

  4. Click “Request Return” next to the item(s) you want to send back.

  5. Follow the prompts to complete your request — we’ll handle the rest.

📦 A Few Things to Know:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
